We care deeply about our craft and are committed to delivering the best product and experience to our customers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p>A strong technical lead who is flexible to contribute where the need arises.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Design.</em><span> </span>We’ll occasionally make something new. Expect to design schematics and perform PCBA layout.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Engineering Production Support.</em><span> </span>Our production line needs Engineering eyes. You’ll troubleshoot some electronics, learn about calibrating MWD sensors, and help improve our processes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Failure Analysis.</em><span> </span>The only way to make something better is to understand why it failed. In-depth failure analyses, root causes, and corrective actions. Aggressive customer service means that there will be times when you fly to customer locations and troubleshoot on-site.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Growth.</em><span> </span>Expect to learn and grow. Expect to mentor.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Qualifications</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years of professional experience (ideally in industrial electronics)</li>\n<li>Experience in schematic design and PCBA layout</li>\n<li>Advanced troubleshooting of electronics and systems</li>\n<li>Ability to solve challenging problems and make assertive recommendations</li>\n<li>Understand how to balance quality and expedience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Duties</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>R&amp;D electronics design</li>\n<li>Troubleshooting electronics, calibrations, and processes in a manufacturing environment</li>\n<li>In-depth Failure Analysis with occasional travel</li>\n</ul>",
