The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and implementing successful change management initiatives within complex organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of an organization.</p><p><strong>Change Management Strategy Development:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.</li><li>Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support organizational transformation initiatives.</li><li>Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.</li><li>Develop and execute communication plans to effectively convey the vision, goals, and progress of change initiatives.</li><li>Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Implementation and Execution:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the execution on change management plans, ensuring timely and effective implementation.</li><li>Develop training and development programs to equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to change.</li><li>Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.</li></ul><p><strong>Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement:</strong></p><ul><li>Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives.</li><li>Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.</li><li>Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to sustain change and drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Leadership and Mentoring:</strong></p><ul><li>Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management and share knowledge with the team.</li><li>Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients to enhance change management capabilities.</li><li>Create customized training materials and resources to address specific organizational needs and ensure successful knowledge transfer.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field or a combination of education and experience</li><li>Master’s degree or MBA is an asset</li><li>PROSCI&#xa0;Change Management Certification or other recognized certification is highly desirable.</li><li><strong>Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management</strong>, preferably within a consulting, utilities, IT, or in a HR environment.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale change initiatives.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies (understanding the roles and responsibilities of various team members). Any formal SCRUM or AGILE certifications will be considered an asset</li><li>Experience working with diverse industries and an understanding of different business models.</li><li>Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.</li></ul>",
