The ideal candidate will be responsible for the support and maintenance of our Citrix infrastructure. This role demands deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</span></p><ul><li><span>Manage a variety of Citrix Virtual Apps &amp; Desktops environments, including Citrix DaaS, to ensure high availability and performance. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Support, configure, and maintain Citrix Gateway services and NetScalers. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Citrix infrastructure issues and implement solutions to prevent recurrence. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve technical problems and improve system reliability. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security best practices. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the Citrix environment. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Create and maintain detailed documentation for Citrix environments. </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>What You Will Bring:</span></u></b></p><ul><li><b><span>Education &amp; Experience:</span></b><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.</li><li><span>Minimum of 8&#43; years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Citrix environments. </span></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><b><span>Technical Proficiency:</span></b></li></ul><ul><li><span>Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps &amp; Desktops environments, including Citrix DaaS. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Strong understanding of Citrix NetScalers &amp; Citrix Cloud Gateway Service. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Solid knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). </span></li></ul><ul><li><b><span>Soft Skills &amp; Work Approach:</span></b></li></ul><ul><li><span>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. </span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</span></li></ul><p></p><p>Thank you for your interest in SS&amp;C!
