This role is responsible for overseeing the Business Intelligence team, driving a unified reporting strategy, ensuring data integrity across dashboards and reports, and building scalable analytics solutions aligned with business priorities. This is a people leader and strategic contributor role, partnering closely with operations, finance, and executive stakeholders to advance a data-informed culture.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leads the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise reports and dashboards that enable real-time operational decision-making</li>\n <li>Manages and mentors BI team members, including analysts and junior analysts, providing direction on priorities, quality, and professional development</li>\n <li>Establishes and enforces reporting standards, data definitions, and governance practices to ensure consistency and reliability across the organization</li>\n <li>Partners with cross-functional stakeholders; including operations, finance, and project management; to understand data needs and translate them into scalable analytics solutions</li>\n <li>Drives continuous improvement in data quality, report accuracy, and delivery efficiency</li>\n <li>Owns the BI roadmap for reporting and analytics, aligning deliverables with organizational goals and communicating progress to leadership</li>\n <li>Evaluates and implements BI tools, visualization best practices, and reporting frameworks to support a maturing analytics function</li>\n <li>Ensures field data collection practices support accurate and useful reporting outcomes, collaborating with operations to close gaps</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related function; 2+ years in a team lead or management capacity</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard development</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of relational databases and enterprise data sources</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to non-technical audiences</li>\n <li>Experience working in or with construction, field operations, or project-based industries a plus</li>\n <li>Proven ability to manage competing priorities, lead a team, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>$150,000 to $175,000 annually</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Comprehensive benefits offered to eligible employees including medical, dental, and vision coverage; life insurance; FSA; short- and long-term disability; identity theft protection; 401(k); employee assistance program; and paid time off.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Posillico Civil, Inc. is committed to maintaining a working environment that promotes teamwork and that is free of any and all forms of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
