      "content": "<li><b>Inventory Master:</b> Receive and process incoming shipments, organize and store inventory, and conduct regular inventory counts.</li><li><b>Replenishment Pro:</b> Keep the sales floor stocked and notify management of low or overstock situations.</li><li><b>Operational Support:</b> Assist with store opening and closing procedures, and support sales associates during busy periods.</li><li>Assist in daily operations of the shop, including maintaining shop’s aesthetic and cleanliness, and responding proactively to unexpected circumstances. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Maintain organization, cleanliness, and best practice standards for the stockroom. </li><li>Establish and maintain organization of back stock apparel and accessories. </li><li>Replenish the sales floor from back stock. Shipment Processing </li><li>Prepare all shipment to be steamed/hung/folded (i.e. remove paper and packaging). </li><li>Perform all job duties in compliance with company productivity standards and visual standards. </li><li>Notify the Store Manager in advance of supplies needed (hangers sensors, and pins). </li><li>With Manager’s guidance, open, sort, and prioritize all incoming shipment.</li>"
