These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for organizing and executing the work schedule for inbound and outbound shipments</li>\n <li>Coordinates yard management, trailer placement, Pinc, and dock scheduling</li>\n <li>Dispatches outbound loads, and completes driver check in / check out</li>\n <li>Manages receiving paperwork, and posting receipts</li>\n <li>Maintains a clean, neat and orderly work area, and conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety</li>\n <li>Other related job duties may be assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Some warehouse, transportation, or dispatch experience preferred</li>\n <li>Understanding of transportation, customer & warehouse requirements</li>\n <li>Organized, with the ability to multi-task and reprioritize as needed</li>\n <li>Problem identification, management, & follow through to resolution</li>\n <li>Ability to perform successfully all safety processes, dispatch, PINC, and required SAP functions.</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with all levels of employees within the organization.
