    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">POSITION SUMMARY: &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provider of resourceful, organized, efficient quality assurance services to CMC&rsquo;s Quality Department. &nbsp;A key contributor to QA functions (Quality Engineering, Document Control). &nbsp;A key support resource to CMC&rsquo;s QC activities (Inspection).</span></strong></p><p><strong><u>Essential Responsibilities</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Setup technical data package templates using quality departmental software per CMC customer contract requirements;</li><li>Setup inspection templates derived from technical data package templates mentioned above;</li><li>Data entry of production part approval process (PPAP) requirements, including capability studies, GRR studies, FMEA, Control Plan, Flow charts, etc. as per CMC customer contract requirements;</li><li>Assemble quality/technical data packages (QDP, FAIR, AS9102, FAI, QP, QualPack, etc.) ahead of customer submission;</li><li>Conduct peer reviews of quality/technical data packages as assigned;&nbsp;</li><li>Compile statistical quality data for Quality Engineer/Leadership evaluation;</li><li>Manage external, third-party internal audit scheduling, agendas, and final report filing, as well as system CAPA entry, CAPA status reporting, and follow-up;&nbsp;</li><li>Calibration system data entry (e.g., check-in activities) following receipt of 3<sup>rd</sup> party laboratory results;</li><li>Document control data entry (e.g., Powerway posting, change notice route for approval, customer DWG CNR template setup and scheduling);</li><li>Network file/record structure organization (I drive &ndash; Inspection records, Q drive &ndash; Quality records, Certs Repository);</li><li>Assist/Support internal departments (Sales, Fabrication, Machining, Assembly, Programming, Purchasing) with quality assurance-related needs (e.g., CICA/CSI, RMA, NCMR);</li><li>Other quality assurance activities as directed.</li><li>Adhere to Employee&rsquo;s responsibilities outlined in Cygnus&rsquo; Health &amp; Safety Policies and Procedures.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong><u>Additional Skills &amp; Responsibilities</u></strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with Discus Desktop, or equivalent software preferred;</li><li>Strong functional knowledge of Acrobat Adobe preferred;</li><li>Understanding of quality assurance software, e.g., Minitab, QC Gage, or equivalent, a plus;</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Products (e.g., Access, Word, Excel including conditional formatting routines, drop-down selection setup, and formulas, etc.) a plus;</li><li>Reconciliation, archiving/filing, and scanning of quality assurance documents and records.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong><u>Required Experience/Credentials:</u></strong></p><ul><li>2&ndash;4-year degree preferred, equivalent experience will be considered</li><li>Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus;</li><li>Experience in reviewing and organizing extensive volumes of information, data, records, etc.;</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;</li><li>Effective oral and written communication skills;</li><li>Strong willingness to learn and utilize the wide range of quality assurance tools;</li><li>Ability to achieve and maintain a high level of accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work in a manufacturing shop environment (including hot, cold, and/or noisy areas);</li><li>Frequent hand-to-finger, handle, feel objects &amp; tools, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, and hearing;</li><li>Physically submit to periodic drug tests (employment is contingent upon favorable results)</li></ul></div>\n",
