inventory.</span></span></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Cambria, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\"><span>Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.</span></span></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Cambria, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\"><span>Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.</span></span></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Cambria, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\"><span>Notifies the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received or delayed.</span></span></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Cambria, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\"><span>Notifies the shop when all parts style=\"font-size:10pt;\"><span>Pulls orders for delivery to shop, making sure all parts are tagged with customer names and job number.</span></span></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p><span parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified.</span></span></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<p><span
