    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job title: &nbsp;</strong>Equipment Wash Technician</p><p><strong>Department:</strong> Portable Restroom</p><p><br></p><p><strong>SUMMARY:&nbsp;</strong>The Equipment Wash Technician is responsible for washing, inspecting and preparing sanitation equipment according to company standards. Assist with yard duties and preventative maintenance activities to help keep sanitation equipment and yard in good working condition.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong>Include but are not limited to the following. &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Pump, pressure wash portable restroom units, urinals, hand washing stations and event trailers.</li><li>Use pressure washer to clean portable restroom equipment.</li><li>Thoroughly inspect all sanitation equipment prior to delivery and when returned to the yard.&nbsp;</li><li>Tag sanitation equipment that needs repair and/or place back in stock.&nbsp;</li><li>Report any problems found with equipment immediately to the Yard Supervisor.</li><li>Stock the portable restrooms with soap, toilet paper, paper towels etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in washing trucks. &nbsp;</li><li>Assist pickup &amp; delivery drivers to load and unload sanitation equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Operate forklift for loading &amp; unloading of materials and equipment.</li><li>Unload supply shipment and stock materials.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work area.</li><li>Follow all company policies and procedures and ensure a safe working environment.</li><li>Other projects as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>CORE COMPETENCIES:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Doing Good:</strong>&nbsp; Maintains and promotes integrity and values in conduct of all activities.</li><li><strong>Making Good:</strong> Takes responsibility and ownership for a problem, project, or issue.</li><li><strong>Treating Our People Well:&nbsp;</strong>Proactively seeks and finds ways to provide extraordinary service. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS</strong></p><p>Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10&rsquo;s and 100&rsquo;s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement.</p><p><strong>REASONING ABILITY</strong></p><p>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one-or two-step instructions.
