    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong><u>20x Maintenance Support Department Manager (Maintenance Manager)</u></strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>Oversees the daily activities of the Maintenance Support Department across DMTN campus while providing technical leadership and direction <span lang=\"EN\">to support the growing complexity of machines and technology in new manufacturing processes.&nbsp; This position will play an important role in aligning technical skill, knowledge, best practices, and resources among all of DMTN Production Maintenance groups.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Oversees directly, and through leader reports, the daily activities of the MSD Team consisting of leaders, specialists, and lead techs.</p><p>• Develops and maintains strong cross-functional relationships across campus in order to develop effective organizational planning, skill development, and a culture of continuous improvement through machine reliability and enhancing the skills and abilities of both the MSD and Production Maintenance staff.&nbsp;</p><p>• Designs strategies, procedures and resource utilization with an end goal of improving Production Maintenance capability and improving equipment reliability, efficiency, productivity and performance.&nbsp;</p><p>• Quantifies and analyzes maintenance performance, equipment reliability, resource utilization, project management, and operating expenses for assigned areas.&nbsp;</p><p>• Creates operating budgets and capital budgets with other leadership team members. Manages department expense budget. Participates in the business planning and budgeting process. Develops short and long-term cost containment/reduction strategies.&nbsp;</p><p>• Performs Human Resources activities including tracking of time and attendance, associate counseling, scheduling, evaluating work performance and assisting in skill development.&nbsp;</p><p>• Fosters high morale and teamwork by supporting the activities of subordinates through daily interaction and one on one contact.&nbsp;</p><p>• Provides technical expertise and next level support to the MSD team when necessary.</p><p><span>Note: This position may require some off shift and weekend support (24/7 operation)</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><u>Education</u></p><p style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\">Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field</p><p style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\">Required: High School diploma/GED + relevant leadership/technical experience</p><p style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\"><u>Work Experience</u></p><p style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\">Preferred: 3+ years of Maintenance or Engineering management experience</p><p style=\"text-indent: 0.5in;\">Required: 8+ years of manufacturing experience including progressive leadership experience</p><p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><p>• Experience with Maintenance management methodologies and a proven track record in achieving positive results utilizing TPM tools and methods</p><p>• Strong technical skills in both electrical and mechanical problem solving</p><p>• Effective communication and diplomacy skills to guide and lead others&nbsp;</p><p>• Strong leadership with a demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects&nbsp;</p><p>• Ability to translate strategy into actionable information and monitor strategy achievement&nbsp;</p><p>• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills&nbsp;</p><p>• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint&nbsp;</p><p>• Strong organizational and time management skills&nbsp;</p><p>• People management</p><p>Salary Range ***** $120,000.00 to $135,000.00</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0.5in; text-indent: 0.5in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left: 0.5in; text-indent: 0.5in;\">&nbsp;</p>",
