          "text": "<p>The Evergreen Center is seeking a Residential Counselor&#xa0;responsible for implementation of specific instructional activities and treatment programs as designated by the Individual Support Plans.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Case management of one individual</li><li>Collecting and recording of data regarding daily performance of individuals supported by the Adult Supports Division in defined instructional and behavioral areas</li><li>&#xa0;Supervising instructional activities in the residence and community settings</li><li>&#xa0;Monitoring of all aspects of the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence.</li><li>Transporting Individuals:&#xa0;Safely transport individuals to scheduled recreational activities within the community. Ensure their comfort and well-being during transit, maintaining a supportive and respectful atmosphere.</li></ul><p><strong>$2,000 Sign On Bonus!</strong></p><p><u><strong>Available Schedules:</strong></u></p><p><strong>Wed-Fri 3-11; Sat 9a-11p (38 hours)</strong></p>",
