          "text": "<p>CEDA is looking to hire a Tool Crib Attendant for our Fort McMurray, AB location. CEDA&#xa0;will be working with one of their clients to reassemble their entire dredge, as well as assemble a marina and an electrical barge on site.</p><p>The Tool Crib Attendant is responsible for managing the distribution, tracking, maintenance, and organization of tools and equipment for a busy construction or industrial job site. This role ensures that crews have the right tools available when needed, while maintaining accurate inventory control and supporting safe, efficient operations.</p><p><strong>***We are proactively building a candidate pool for a potential upcoming project. Recruitment activity will progress based on project confirmation***</strong></p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Shift:</strong>&#xa0;14/7 rotation, 12-hour days</li><li>Accommodation provided</li><li><strong>Overtime Eligible</strong></li><li>Direct flights to client&#xa0;site via from Edmonton or Calgary</li><li>A supportive team culture where&#xa0;<strong>safety, integrity, and accountability</strong>&#xa0;are at the core of everything we do</li></ul><p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Issue and receive tools, equipment, and consumables to field personnel</li><li>Maintain accurate records of tool check-in/check-out activity</li><li>Track tool usage, locations, and availability to support daily operations</li><li>Monitor overdue or missing tools and follow up as needed</li><li>Maintain organized tool crib with clear labeling and storage systems</li><li>Assist with forecasting tool and supply needs based on project demands</li><li>Coordinate repairs, servicing, and replacement of defective tools</li><li>Support mobilization and demobilization of tools across different project phases</li><li>Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards</li><li>Report hazards, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions promptly</li><li>Work closely with supervisors, foremen, and procurement teams</li><li>Communicate tool availability and shortages proactively</li></ul><p><strong>Role Specifications</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of dredging experience in industrial services/maintenance is required</li><li>Minimum 2 years Supervisory experience</li><li>Class 5 license is required</li><li>Class 1 or 3 license would be an asset</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
