    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><br>•\tInbound Process Optimization – Support the development and implementation of standardized inbound workflows (receiving, put away, quality inspection) across internal warehouses and 3PL partners<br>•\tSystem Enhancement – Coordinate inbound system improvements, including appointment scheduling, automated check-in/reporting, carton labeling, size sortation, and exception handling mechanisms<br>•\tOn-the-Ground Execution – Serve as the primary point of contact on the warehouse floor, gathering feedback, identifying gaps, and reporting findings to leadership<br>•\tAdoption & Compliance – Drive adoption of new processes and ensure compliance with established standards across all sites<br>•\tCross-Functional Coordination – Partner with internal teams and external 3PL partners to facilitate smooth operations and escalate bottlenecks<br>•\tPerformance Tracking – Monitor KPIs, document process performance, and provide actionable insights to support continuous improvement<br><br><strong>Job Requirements</strong><br>•\tBachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field<br>•\t3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain project management<br>•\tHands-on experience with inbound operations (receiving, put away, vendor compliance, inventory management)<br>•\tExperience working with WMS/WCS systems and driving process optimization<br>•\tExcellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel)<br>•\tStrong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset<br>•\tExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels<br>•\tAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment<br>•\tBilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus<br>",
