          "text": "<p><strong>PURPOSE:</strong><br>\nPlans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like. Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p><p><strong>Project Planning:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop detailed project plans including scope definition, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimations.</li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership:</strong></p><ul><li>Assemble and lead a cross-functional team, assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities, and providing guidance to ensure optimal performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Progress Monitoring:</strong></p><ul><li>Track project progress against the plan, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedule and budget.</li></ul><p><strong>Risk Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for potential project risks.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Communication:</strong></p><ul><li>Regularly communicate project status updates to key stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members, addressing concerns and managing expectations.</li></ul><p><strong>Budget Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budget constraints and making necessary adjustments as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong></p><ul><li>Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Issue Resolution:</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and resolve project issues promptly, escalating when necessary to maintain project momentum.</li></ul><p><strong>Project Closure:</strong></p><ul><li>Complete project documentation, conduct post-project reviews, and gather lessons learned for future projects.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Salary:&#xa0;&#xa0;$100K+ (D.O.E)</strong></p>",
