          "text": "<p>We’re seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer who leads at the intersection of data and design. In this senior-level role, you will define how we analyze user engagement metrics and behavioral analytics to drive intuitive, high-impact design strategy. You’ll architect scalable design systems, establish governance for clear guidelines, and ensure the implementation of industry-leading best practices across all digital platforms. Your leadership will directly shape the user experience of our websites, ensuring our products not only meet&#xa0;user&#xa0;needs but redefine market standards. &#xa0;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Strategic Data Analysis:</strong> Lead the analysis of user engagement data, behavioral analytics, and site performance metrics to inform design decisions and UX strategy.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>Visionary Design Solutions: </strong>Translate complex insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions that significantly elevate the overall brand experience. &#xa0;</li><li><strong>Design System Architecture &amp; Governance:</strong>&#xa0;Architect,&#xa0;maintain, and govern scalable design systems, including reusable components, style guides, and interaction patterns that support consistency and scalability across digital properties.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>UX Standards &amp; Best Practices:</strong> Establish&#xa0;and champion UX/UI best practices across all web properties to ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and performance.&#xa0;</li><li><strong>UX and Development Partnership: </strong>Serve as a key connector between UX and development, ensuring design intent is clearly communicated,&#xa0;feasible, and&#xa0;maintained&#xa0;throughout implementation. Collaborate with developers on handoff, iteration, and refinement to balance user experience, technical constraints, and performance. &#xa0;</li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration &amp; Communication:</strong> Partner with project managers, developers, and internal stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical requirements. May present site maps, wireframes, and design rationale to internal stakeholders and, when&#xa0;appropriate, external clients to support alignment and decision-making. &#xa0;</li><li><strong>UX Audits, Testing &amp; Optimization: </strong>Conduct UX audits and usability testing to&#xa0;validate&#xa0;design decisions and&#xa0;identify&#xa0;opportunities to improve user experience and product performance.
