Camp Counselors are paid to play and interact with kids,&nbsp;build relationships, keep our kids safe, play games, sing songs, make art, be silly, dress up and more!</div><div><br>Our counselors of all experiences work together to&hellip;<br>- Ensure the safety and needs of all campers are meet through out the camp day.<br>- Create a high-energy atmosphere to keep the camp day fun while maintaining the highest level of safety.<br>- Build positive and encouraging relationships with campers and their families.<br>- Setup fun and creative games and tear-down for each rotation.<br>- Encourage participation in arts &amp; crafts.<br>- Chaperone weekly field trips.<br>- Oversee and participate in swimming activities.<br>- Strong communication skills.<br><br>Camp jobs offer invaluable skill-building, leadership, training and opportunities that can&#39;t be found anywhere else! Regardless of your career path or college major, camp experiences allow you to learn and develop skills that will enhance your job marketability. The benefits go far beyond a paycheck too. Business executives often note that experience as a camp counselor translates into excellent management and personnel skills.<br><br>Ideal candidate loves children and is flexible, motivated, responsible and reliable. &nbsp;Our staff must possess the highest moral character and serve as a positive role model to our campers. Applicants must be 15 years of age or older.
