You'll be a key part of the team, coordinating with patients, healthcare partners, and internal teams to deliver top-quality in-home care. What You'll Achieve: A Glimpse into Your Contributions Within your first year, you will have the opportunity to: Work with clinics, supply partners, insurance companies and patients to ensure delivery of care Troubleshoot issues that come up within the delivery of care Learn the complexities of the healthcare industry and how the different pieces fit together in our business Collaborate cross-functionally with Verse Medical’s internal operations, customer service, and customer success teams to coordinate responses to high-urgency issues What You'll Bring: The Skills and Experience You’ll Leverage We believe that diverse experiences and backgrounds lead to better solutions. Core Skills & Experience High level of organization High attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills An ability to learn quickly Prior experience in customer support or a client-facing role Familiarity with call center software and tools Experience using CRM or Helpdesk systems to track and resolve customer inquiries Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service Ability to handle incoming messages and calls efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience The Rewards & Reality: Compensation, Benefits & Logistics We believe in taking care of our team, both professionally and personally. We have a hybrid model, with a requirement of 4 days per week in the office to foster collaboration and innovation.
