    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Coordinating the daily operation of park zones, and administering daily assignments for the team</p>\n<p>· Complying with and enforcing all aspects of the Park Services training program, including the daily application and supervision of all training procedures, policies, and documentation</p>\n<p>· Writing and updating a department schedule; assisting in specialized recruiting when appropriate</p>\n<p>· Answering guest questions</p>\n<p>· Motivating and interacting with Supervisors, Leads, and Team Members</p>\n<p>· Coaching Supervisors, Leads, and Team Members to monitor efficiency standards and achieve cleanliness standard across the park</p>\n<p>· Auditing the skills and performance of department Team Members, Leads, and Supervisors</p>\n<p>· Coaching and developing Team Members on guest service, training, safety, and efficiency</p>\n<p>· Overseeing the development of Supervisors and Leads</p>\n<p>· Completing and maintaining all formal documents and audit forms used on a daily basis in the department</p>\n<p>· Enforcing all Six Flags Discovery Kingdom policies</p>\n<p>· Assisting in other areas of the Park Services Department</p>\n<p>· Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>· At least 18 years of age</p>\n<p>· Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language</p>\n<p>· Previous park services experience</p>\n<p>· Be available to work flexible hours at night, weekends and holidays</p>",
