    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.28.23/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.28.23/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.28.23/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.28.23/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p><strong>SUMMARY:&nbsp;</strong>Ensures the quality and ISO compliance of products/processes and manages/coordinates the activities of employees engaged in the quality auditing of production or processing of goods. &nbsp;Establishes quality-control guidelines and testing procedures.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Quality and ISO Compliance</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Ensure company&rsquo;s compliance to Quality &amp; ISO standards.</li><li>Represent the company in response to customer quality inquiries, surveys and audits.</li><li>Cooperates with other top management personnel in formulating and establishing quality policies and quality goals.</li><li>Coordinates functions and operations between departments and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures.</li><li>Visits and confers with suppliers to assure supply chain quality.</li></ul></ul><ul><li>Product Testing and Verification</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Ensures that VPC products (new and existing) are properly verified to meet performance expectations.</li><li>Visits and confers with customers to troubleshoot and solve quality issues.</li><li>Manage QA testing lab equipment and testing task list.</li><li>Communicates problems, significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management</li><li>Maintains a working knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards (Rudimentary understanding- training)</li></ul><li>Continuous Improvement<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Leads team in proactively improving quality systems and implementing quality improvements to meet company&rsquo;s quality goals (i.e. scrap $&rsquo;s and PPM).</li><li>Champions the use of a disciplined approach to problem solving (8-D&rsquo;s, MBF&rsquo;s).</li><li>Drive SPC data collection and analysis for capability improvement.</li><li>Improve company&rsquo;s delivery performance, efficiency, and throughput through the utilization of Lean Principles (Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, and Product Flow).</li><li>Participate in QOS process to improve costs. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>Champion the development of understanding QOS at all levels.</li></ul></li><li>Vendor Relations<ul type=\"circle\"><li>Communicates problems, significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management.</li><li>Application of SPC software</li></ul></li></ul><p>&nbsp;Performs other related duties as assigned by management.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Directly supervises <strong>4</strong> employees within the Quality department.</li><li>Indirectly supervises <strong>4</strong> employees within the Quality department.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree (BA) in Engineering or technical field, and/or five to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite, internet, email, manufacturing software, database software</li><li>Experience with Net-Insepct preferred</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
