We are seeking a professional with proven experience in genetic diagnostic procedures, particularly in PGT-A and PGT-SR, capable of combining experimental laboratory work with result analysis and interpretation.<br>The selected candidate will actively participate in all phases of the analytical and diagnostic process, ensuring the quality, traceability, and reliability of results, while directly contributing to the laboratory’s operational activities.<br><br><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong><br><br><u>Laboratory Area:</u><ul><li>Extraction, quantification, and qualification of nucleic acids from various biological samples.</li><li>Execution of NGS experimental procedures following validated SOPs.</li><li>Operation of automated sample processing platforms.</li><li>Proper management and storage of samples under controlled conditions.</li><li>Compliance with quality standards (CLIA, CAP, ISO 15189, among others).</li><li>Accurate recording and documentation of all performed activities.</li><li>Identification, communication, and documentation of incidents, deviations, or non-conformities.</li><li>Participation in internal quality control activities.</li><li>Strict adherence to biosafety regulations and occupational risk prevention standards.</li></ul><u>Diagnostic Area:</u><ul><li>Analysis, interpretation, and technical validation of PGT-A and PGT-SR results.</li><li>Strict adherence to validated protocols and compliance with established KPIs.</li><li>Review of metrics, chromosomal profiles, and results derived from NGS technologies and other molecular methodologies.</li><li>Ensuring traceability, analytical robustness, and reliability in diagnostic processes.</li></ul>"
