Collaborate with corporate clients, private equity firms and senior bankers.</p><p><strong><u>Minimum Requirements: </u></strong>Requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance,&nbsp;<br>Economics, Business, or a related field. Requires one (1) year of experience in financial or capital&nbsp;<br>oriented analytical role at a financial institution. Experience must include: Driving initiatives or&nbsp;<br>transactions to optimize a bank’s consolidated capital usage and align with profitability (ROE)&nbsp;<br>objectives. U.S. regulatory requirements for financial institutions, inclusive of Basel rules and&nbsp;<br>CCAR/DFAST, and ability to assess the impact of potential transactions and strategic deals on a&nbsp;<br>bank’s capital adequacy, RWA, and capital stress testing results. Liquidity and funding risks across&nbsp;<br>a bank’s balance sheet and ability to assess potential liquidity / funding implications of potential&nbsp;<br>advisory transactions.
