The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing shift operations and ensure shipping, receiving, and storage expectations are met. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match. </p>\n<h2>Schedule and Compensation</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Monday through Friday - 6:00am-2:30pm</li>\n <li>$90,000 - $100,000 base salary</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Job Details</h2>\n<p><strong>What to expect as Warehouse Operations Manager:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a high degree of visibility and access to employees, and ensure facility is operating in a safe and productive manner.</li>\n <li>Maintain daily staffing and productivity levels to ensure customer goals are being met</li>\n <li>Review and evaluate performance of warehouse functions, address performance gaps, and take corrective action to ensure the managers/supervisors of each functional area are delivering on operating goals.</li>\n <li>Ensures all established policies and procedures are followed.</li>\n <li>Promote high customer service expectations among team members, monitor results with customers to ensure performance is meeting expectations</li>\n <li>Responsible for development and growth of facility team.</li>\n <li>Set the standard for and oversees the housekeeping activities.</li>\n <li>Maintains a working knowledge of all operating systems.</li>\n <li>Create a positive work environment that is consistent with the Company’s values and objectives.</li>\n <li>Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, quality, and customer satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Develop and lead highly productive teams with a focus on individual accountability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 3 years, manager level experience as an operations manager or manager in a distribution or manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>7 years of increased responsibility within distribution, supply chain and logistics functions</li>\n <li>BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience.</li>\n <li>Detail oriented with ability to demonstrate skill in business analysis, and/or a track record in executing company standards successfully.</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively communicate, interact and convey business decisions with many different levels within the organization.</li>\n <li>Thorough knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory systems, supply chain management, logistics, customer service, reporting, system analysis, equipment and warehouse functionality</li>\n <li>Proven success in maintaining quality, service and client relationships in a high-paced setting.</li>\n <li>Experience working in team oriented, multi-shift environment.</li>\n <li>Strong computer skills with proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li>\n <li>Familiar with use of SAP preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Legacy Supply Chain?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Competitive Pay</strong>: Highly competitive wages</li>\n <li><strong>Retirement Support</strong>: Company-funded 401(k) with top match percentage in the industry</li>\n <li><strong>Robust Health Plan</strong>: Affordable, comprehensive protection for you and your family - medical, dental, vision, and more</li>\n <li><strong>Job Skills Development</strong>: On-the-job supply chain skills development, in person and online training</li>\n <li><strong>Leadership Development</strong>: Programs to prepare future supply chain leaders including new manager training and Leadership Excellence Summit</li>\n <li><strong>Career Opportunities</strong>: Build a career path at a growing company that focuses on development, succession planning, and HIPO identification</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Legacy Supply Chain</h2>\n<p>For over 40 years, Legacy Supply Chain has grown and evolved as a pioneering, mid-sized 3PL provider that businesses depend on to create control over their dynamic omni-channel supply chains.
