Are you a skilled Press Brake Operator with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? Join our dynamic and growing team in a contract manufacturing, high mix/low volume sheet metal job shop environment where your experience and attention to detail make a real impact every day. What You’ll Do: Set up and operate Amada and Bystronic press brake machines Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Understand machine programming and make adjustments as needed Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Maintain a proficient run rate while producing high-quality, custom parts Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and continuously improve processes Demonstrate excellent attendance and a strong work ethic Take initiative and show a willingness to learn and grow What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a press brake operator in a job shop/contract manufacturing setting Familiarity with Amada and Bystronic machines , including basic programming knowledge Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Skilled in using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Attention to detail, dependability , and a safety-first mindset Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
