In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair duties in commercial buildings. You’ll have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively, delivering high-quality service to our valued clients.</p>\n<p></p>\n<h3><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Install, repair, and maintain doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim work.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform glazing work, including the installation and replacement of commercial glass, storefronts, curtain walls, and aluminum frames.</p></li>\n <li><p>Complete masonry repairs such as brick/block replacement, tuckpointing, concrete patching, and mortar work.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform basic electrical repairs (light fixtures, switches, outlets, etc.).</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform light plumbing (clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, etc.).</p></li>\n <li><p>Build and repair structures such as partitions, walls, and flooring.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform general maintenance as required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national building codes.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications for the Job:</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Holds a valid driver’s license.</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience as a carpenter, glazer, mason, or general handyman.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Why join us?</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Company vehicle, gas card and iPad provided.</li>\n <li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional development and advancement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
