Bachelor's degree with extensive experience may be considered.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 15px\">Minimum 5+ years of experience in program management, youth development, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
