All hours are in the office; there are no remote shifts for this position.</p>\n<p>Pay Rate: $80,000-90,000</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Overview</u></strong>Allied Universal is seeking a dedicated and experienced Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) Team Leader to join our team at cleint's site. The GSOC operates in a 24/7/365 environment, serving as the intake, triage, and response hub for physical security occurrences across the enterprise, supporting our team members, facilities, and travelers. This role involves providing on-shift supervision and management while promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability within the team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong><strong><u>Leadership & Management</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead a diverse team of security professionals, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.</li>\n <li>Supervise GSOC shift teams, facilitating timely and effective resolution of physical security occurrences.</li>\n <li>Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of GSOC operations.</li>\n <li>Foster an environment of accountability while encouraging team members to take ownership of their roles.</li>\n <li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Continuous Improvement</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.</li>\n <li>Regularly review and update standard operating procedures to adapt to evolving physical security threats and challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Mentorship & Development</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide guidance and support to team members, facilitating their professional growth and skill development through a 3 tiered developmental plan.</li>\n <li>Create and deliver ongoing coaching, training and skill development for GSOC team members to ensure high standards of response during incidents.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Operational Excellence</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee the shift operations of the GSOC, ensuring timely and effective response to physical security incidents.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to physical security across the organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Occurrence Management</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure incidents are triaged effectively, and timely alerts are sent according to threat level, business impact and proximity to client's site locations or employees.</li>\n <li>Conduct post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of experience in security operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of physical security protocols, incident response, and risk management.</li>\n <li>Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, APP, etc.) are a plus, but not mandatory.</li>\n <li>Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.</li>\n <li>Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participation in the Company Health and Dental plan.</li>\n <li>Paid vacation and other wellness benefits. </li>\n <li>Ability to participate in educational assistance programs.</li>\n <li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement.</li>\n <li>Paid training and development programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As part of our standard hiring process, all candidates being considered for employment with Allied Universal are required to undergo a background check.
