If unable to perform a certain task, reports to the RN or Director of Clinical Services immediately.</li><li>Provides and maintains safe environment for patient. Uses equipment safely and properly (footstools, side rails, Oxygen, etc.).</li><li>Practices Universal Infection Control Precautions in all contacts with patients.</li><li>Performs or assists patient/family with home maintenance activities as prescribed in the care plan, including but not limited to light housekeeping and meal preparation.</li><li>Monitors adequate fluid and nutrition intake, temperature, pulse, respiration, skin and basic elements of body functioning and changes in body functioning and record/report appropriately.</li><li>Practices safe transfer, ambulation, normal range of motion and positioning techniques.</li><li>Respects the autonomy and right to confidentiality of all patients and families.</li><li>Document scare provided and response of consumer/family. Submits documentation in a timely manner.</li><li>Performs within the limits of preparation and experience.</li><li>Ensures compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations and established agency policies and procedures.</li><li>Manages a caseload and delivers care in a cost-effective manner.</li><li>Consistently meets or exceeds 365 Health Services’ established service standards.</li><li>Conducts all business activities in a professional and ethical manner.</li><li>Uses supplies and equipment effectively and efficiently.</li><li>Completes a minimum of 12 hours of in services per year.</li><li>Maintains regular attendance.</li><li>Adheres to 365 Health Services’ Code of Conduct.</li><li>Interacts with all staff in a positive fashion supporting 365 Health Services’ mission and vision.</li><li>Conducts all business activities in a professional and ethical manner.</li><li>Complies with 365 Health Services’ general orientation and with agency policies and procedures including confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary</p><p>Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour</p><p>Benefits:</p><p></p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul><p></p><p>Schedule:</p><p></p><ul><li>10 hour shift</li><li>12 hour shift</li><li>8 hour shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Evening shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Night shift</li><li>Overnight shift</li></ul><p></p><p>Work Location: In person</p><p></p><p style=\"line-height:1.38;\"></p><p></p>",
