Our mission is to support individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis&mdash;whether they&#39;ve had police contact or reached out through national or local crisis lines&mdash;by meeting them where they are, both physically and emotionally. As a Mobile Crisis Responder, you&rsquo;ll help reduce unnecessary emergency room visits and incarceration by connecting people to the right resources at the right time.</span></p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\">&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\"><span style=\"display:block;font-size:16px;\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></span></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul style=\"margin-bottom:13px\">\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Respond in person within one hour or less to behavioral health crisis calls, using a company vehicle when available or a personal vehicle if needed.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Conduct comprehensive assessments that include suicide risk evaluations, crisis intervention, and recommendations for the appropriate level of care.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Provide follow-up support through service linkage, ongoing monitoring, and crisis management to ensure continuity of care.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Offer consultation and information to internal teams and referral sources to facilitate access to services.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Collaborate with ReDiscover teams and community partners to develop intervention plans that address and advocate for the individual&rsquo;s needs.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Work closely with other providers to implement and review crisis intervention strategies.</span></li>\r\n\t<li style=\"margin-bottom:13px; margin-left:8px\"><span style=\"line-height:normal\">Accurately document client interactions and maintain records in ReDiscover&rsquo;s electronic medical record system.</span></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\">&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:13px\"><span style=\"display:block;font-size:16px;\"><strong>Requirements of the Position</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>At minimum, a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a Social Science Field from an accredited college or university is required.
