Application Architecture</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Implement scalable state management solutions using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar frameworks.</span></li>\n <li><span>Design robust application architectures supporting asynchronous API interactions, offline capabilities, caching, and error handling.</span></li>\n <li><span>Apply modern architectural patterns such as MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Feature-Based Architecture where appropriate.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure proper separation of concerns and maintainable code organization.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b>Agile Delivery &amp; Team Leadership</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Lead mobile engineering teams through Agile development processes, including: Sprint Planning; Daily Stand-Ups; Backlog Grooming; Sprint Reviews; Retrospectives</span></li>\n <li><span>Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</span></li>\n <li><span>Track project progress, identify risks, and drive timely delivery of milestones.</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide technical leadership and support across the software development lifecycle.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b>Quality Engineering &amp;
