With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do Day-To-Day</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair experience in an industrial or commercial setting (chillers, air handlers, compressors, ventilation systems)</li>\n <li>Fork truck (sit-down, stand-up, and/or reach truck) operation experience with demonstrated safe material handling practices</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of plumbing systems including installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of piping, valves, fixtures, and drainage systems</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for mechanical and facility systems</li>\n <li>Preventive and predictive maintenance experience, including lubrication, inspections, and equipment reliability checks</li>\n <li>Basic electrical knowledge (motors, controls, sensors, and wiring) to support cross-functional maintenance tasks</li>\n <li>Welding and fabrication experience (MIG, TIG, or stick) for equipment repair and modification</li>\n <li>Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safe work practices in an industrial environment</li>\n <li>Experience working in a regulated industry (nuclear, manufacturing, or energy) with strict procedural compliance</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced maintenance environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent education </li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of related experience is required.</li>\n <li>Ability to read basic mechanical drawings, understand mechanical symbols and use hand tools related to the job.</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze and identify problem. </li>\n <li>Good communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required. </li>\n <li>Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary:</strong> $24.70 - $32.30 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
