What You’ll Do Day-To-Day
HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair experience in an industrial or commercial setting (chillers, air handlers, compressors, ventilation systems)
Fork truck (sit-down, stand-up, and/or reach truck) operation experience with demonstrated safe material handling practices
Working knowledge of plumbing systems including installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of piping, valves, fixtures, and drainage systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for mechanical and facility systems
Preventive and predictive maintenance experience, including lubrication, inspections, and equipment reliability checks
Basic electrical knowledge (motors, controls, sensors, and wiring) to support cross-functional maintenance tasks
Welding and fabrication experience (MIG, TIG, or stick) for equipment repair and modification
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safe work practices in an industrial environment
Experience working in a regulated industry (nuclear, manufacturing, or energy) with strict procedural compliance
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced maintenance environment
What You'll Bring
High School diploma or equivalent education
Minimum of 2 years of related experience is required.
Ability to read basic mechanical drawings, understand mechanical symbols and use hand tools related to the job.
Ability to analyze and identify problem.
Good communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
Total Rewards Package
Salary: $24.70 - $32.30 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
Health & Wellness: Multiple medical plan options, dental & vision coverage, life insurance, long- and short-term disability, and optional supplemental plans (critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity, dependent life).
Retirement: 401(k) with employer match.
Paid Time Off: Up to 3 weeks of vacation, 8 sick days, and 13 paid holidays annually.
