    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">bout Us</span><br></p>\n<p>Buildsafe is a market leader in providing height safety systems and solutions within the building and construction space.</p>\n<p>Our innovative product range includes guardrail edge protection, void protection systems, working platforms, Site Surveillance, and scaffolding.</p>\n<p>We’re known for doing things properly — backing our crews, maintaining high safety standards, and providing real long-term career opportunities.</p>\n<p>Safety is number one, every day, for every worker.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p>This role involves working across a variety of residential construction sites, installing and maintaining height safety and scaffolding systems.</p>\n<p><br>We’re open to applicants with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">varying levels of experience</span>, and your starting responsibilities will be aligned with your skills, tickets, and background.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transporting, installing, and dismantling scaffolding and height safety systems; Loading and unloading trucks and handling equipment safely;</li>\n<li>Submitting required documentation including reports, work method statements, and truck maintenance records;</li>\n<li>Working as part of a crew to meet daily site requirements; and</li>\n<li>Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About You</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The ‘’Must Haves’’:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Construction Induction Card (White Card);</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment;</li>\n<li>Available to work Monday to Friday (Buildsafe operates from 6.00 am to 6.00 pm)</li>\n<li>Experience in scaffolding or height safety installations;</li>\n<li>Scaffold Basic ticket; and</li>\n<li>Current valid Driver’s License and reliable transport.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The ‘’Nice to haves’’:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medium or Heavy Rigid (MR/HR) licence; and</li>\n<li>Ability to take on higher responsibility as your skills grow. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Can Offer You</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Weekly pay + bonus scheme</span>(Leading Hands can earn up to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$60 per hour</span>);</li>\n<li>A steady pipeline of work across a variety of projects;</li>\n<li>Uniform and Buildsafe-branded PPE provided (excluding steel-cap boots); and</li>\n<li>Clear career progression and development opportunities. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Keen to Get Started?</span></p>",
