Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance efforts across multiple products, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define test strategies, automate test cases, and drive continuous improvement in our QA processes. Role and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases (manual and automated). Lead QA efforts across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar. Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective. Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7–8 years of experience in software quality assurance, including test automation. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficiency in test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress). Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured). Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
