Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.</p><p><br></p><p>As the Welcome Desk Associate, you will be responsible for checking in members and guests upon their arrival to the club, creating a positive first impression and provide the highest level of member service and an inviting reception area. In addition to your general job duties, you will provide exceptional customer service, creating an environment of hospitality and luxury and consistently demonstrating a positive and professional attitude.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE</strong></p><ul><li>Greet and check in members and guests upon arrival to the Club</li><li>Book appointments and reservations for members</li><li>Understand and anticipate the needs of our members; be attentive, listen carefully and follow through; provide exceptional customer service</li><li>Perform opening and/or closing duties, as required</li><li>Answer and transfer phone calls</li><li>Provide membership sales team with guest/prospect lead contact information</li><li>Walk through the facility and greet members, pick up abandoned towels, and keep floor clear of debris</li></ul><p><strong>MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE</strong></p><p>Day shifts are 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, or 8am-4pm</p><p>Evenings shifts are 4pm-close</p><p>Weekend shifts are 6:15am-1pm, 8am - 2pm, or 1pm - 5:30pm</p><p><br></p><p>GHG24</p>",
