    "description_html": "<p>Holiday and Summer Basketball Coach position takes place during the school calendar year (Sept-June) and Summer Month (June-August).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Follow all directives from Company administration.</p><p>- Distribute reports and documentation to administrators, directors, and/or athletes as needed to establish organized, compliant, and coherent athletic program.</p><p>- Follow all of the established company rules pertaining to basketball.</p><p>- Teach and coach techniques and skills needed to ensure a successful basketball program</p><p>- Instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training necessary to achieve individual and team success.</p><p>- Formulate and model moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence for all athletes.</p><p>- Collect, distribute, and maintain the athletic equipment during the season</p><p>.- Instill in each player a respect for equipment and host facility property.</p><p>- Establish a good working relationship with players, parents/ guardians to communicate the needs of participants to improve the skills</p><p>.- Communicate with athletic trainer concerning injuries and participants playing status.</p><p>-Be an advocate of the program to create a high retention rate among current</p><p>participants.</p><p><br></p>",
