Works to ensure lounge specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Sees that lounge and facilities are cleaned and maintained to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with sanitation regulations. Cleaning duties include but are not limited to restrooms, trash removal, furniture, back of house areas, and dishwashing.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Basic Skills&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li><em>Hospitality Focus</em> &ndash; focus on guest satisfaction and providing memorable experiences. Generous, friendly, and warm spirited. &nbsp;</li><li><em>Guest Experience</em> - Maintains a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor always ensuring the highest level of guest experience in an elevated environment.&nbsp;</li><li><em>Active Listening</em> &ndash; Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. &nbsp;</li><li><em>Speaking</em> &ndash; Talking to others to convey information effectively.&nbsp;</li><li><em>Conflict Resolution</em> &ndash; deescalate situations in a professional and courteous manner.&nbsp;</li><li><em>Problem Solving</em> &ndash; develop solutions to remove obstacles to problems that may arise.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Cleaner Primary Job Duties&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, break rooms.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with clearing tables of dirty dishes and cleaning tables.</li><li>Restock beverage stations.&nbsp;</li><li>Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaner and/or shampooers.&nbsp;</li><li>Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transport to designated disposal areas&nbsp;within and outside of the lounge.</li><li>Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors in restrooms.&nbsp;</li><li>Replenish restroom supplies, polish metalwork including fixtures and fittings.</li><li>Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
