This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is <strong>up to $50/hour</strong> based on experience and skill level. If you are an Industrial Maintenance Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Scope:</u></strong>      </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Diagnose & repair complex mechanical malfunctions in pneumatic hydraulic and mechanical drive systems</li>\n <li>Perform root-cause analysis on equipment failures to prevent recurrence rather than just replacing parts</li>\n <li>Utilize precision measurement tools, calipers, micrometers & dial indicators to verify tolerances and equipment health</li>\n <li>Execute scheduled pm work orders including lubrication, filter changes, belt tensioning, and sensor cleaning</li>\n <li>Utilize predictive maintenance pdm tools such as thermal imaging and vibration sensors to identify early signs of component fatigue</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate digital records within our cmms computerized maintenance management system to track machine history and parts usage</li>\n <li>Rebuild and repair pumps gearboxes blowers and compressors</li>\n <li>Service and troubleshoot high-pressure hydraulic units including valves cylinders and accumulators</li>\n <li>Inspect and replace bearings seals chains and sprockets on high-speed conveyor systems</li>\n <li>Perform basic electrical troubleshooting up to 480v including motor testing fuse replacement and checking for power-in/power-out at sensors and plcs</li>\n <li>Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to isolate faults in control circuits</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>7 years in an industrial maintenance or industrial mechanical role</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical hydraulic and basic electrical schematics</li>\n <li>Expert knowledge of lockout/tagout loto procedures and osha safety standards</li>\n <li>Must possess a personal professional-grade toolkit</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Details</h2>\n<p>Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry. </p>\n<p>Our comprehensive benefits include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Tradesmen+ Rewards Program – earn points for hours worked</li>\n <li>Vacation Pay</li>\n <li>Health insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement savings plan</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Tradesmen International is an EO employer - M/F/Veteran/Disability</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>“<strong>Be Safe” from fraud!</strong>  Tradesmen International will never ask you to pay for certifications, equipment, or other “up front”  costs as a condition of hire.
