    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 18px\">Job Summary</span></span><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 18px\"> </span></p>\n<p>Under the general supervision the Athletic Director (AD), the Athletic Trainer will support the athletic program through the prevention, recognition, and evaluation of injuries and illnesses. The Athletic Trainer will ensure that all students are instilled with a Biblical worldview and supervised in a safe environment. The Athletic Trainer must have a strong, active, and committed relationship with Jesus Christ, a willingness to lead with a humble heart, a passion for Christian education, and a calling to serve at Cornerstone Christian Academy. <span>He or she will seek to perform all duties as unto the Lord, relying on the Holy Spirit for guidance, and completing all tasks with excellence.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 18px\">Minimum Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #222222\">Education</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree required</li>\n<li>Athletic Trainer Certified credential issued by the NATA BOC </li>\n<li>CPR and First Aid Certified</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #222222\">Experience </span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience and/or preparation in an athletic program preferred<em><br></em></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #222222\">Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively and tactfully communicate with leadership, peers, faculty, students, parents, volunteers and the external community</li>\n<li>Demonstrated knowledge of athletics </li>\n<li>Ability to assess the strengths and needs of students <br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #222222\">Technologies</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be skilled at technology and its applications within the school, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #222222\">Physical Capabilities</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Able to stand and walk for most of the day;
