These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Material Handler - Forklift Driver</strong></p>\n<p>Vancouver, WA</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation Includes</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Starting Pay Rate of <strong>$21.25 - 22.75/hour</strong> depending on experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Available Shift</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>7:00pm - 7:00am</li>\n <li>Thursday - Saturday & every other Wednesday</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Overview</strong></p>\n<p>This position is responsible for loading, unloading, moving, and tracking raw materials and/or finished goods in compliance with Safety Programs and Quality Assurance Systems to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Pull, transport, & stage product per designated procedure for both truckload and multi-stop loads</li>\n <li>Unload, stage, and receive RO Finished Goods and/or Manufactured Finished Goods</li>\n <li>Unload, stage, and receive Raw Material</li>\n <li>Transfer Raw Materials, Production Supplies, and MRO Supplies to designated production area</li>\n <li>Complete accurate inventory transactions for movement of all Raw Materials, Finished Goods, RO Finished Goods, and Manufactured Finished Goods</li>\n <li>Collect recyclable and non-recyclable waste from production areas; dispose of waste per designated procedure</li>\n <li>Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition</li>\n <li>Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures</li>\n <li>Actively engage in safety programs</li>\n <li>Responsibility for food safety and GMP’s</li>\n <li>Assist other team members as needed</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned or needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least one year experience in warehouse or distribution center; experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Eligible to work in the United States</li>\n <li>Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen</li>\n <li>Commitment to an accident-free and drug-free workplace</li>\n <li>Quality-conscious, oriented to excellence</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic evidenced by enthusiasm, positive attitude, and high energy level</li>\n <li>Well-developed problem-solving skills; creative, out-of-the-box thinker</li>\n <li>Record of dependability & reliability</li>\n <li>Willingness to work overtime as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
