We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as <strong>Behavior Technicians (BT)</strong> at <strong>Mountain Shadows New Beginnings</strong>, our innovative adult therapeutic day program in San Marcos. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a key role in supporting individuals with behavioral needs while helping them develop vocational skills, build social connections, and participate in community activities.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the Position</strong></p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p><br>The <strong>Behavior Technician (BT)</strong> role at <strong>Mountain Shadows New Beginnings</strong> is ideal for individuals who are already Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or those with experience providing behavioral support who are looking for a stable, weekday schedule.
