Manage   employee   relations ,  internal   movements ,  and   cross-border  HR  coordination .  Serving   guidance   on   policy   and   practices ,  whilst   nurturing  a  healthy   day   to   day   workplace . Implement   and   support   performance   management   systems   in   collaboration   with   line   managers . Lead   ad-hoc   projects   related   to   office   management , HR  policies ,  process   improvement .  Focusing   on   people   and  business What  You’ll   Need A  to  Z  employee   cycle   knowledge   is  a  must-have   to   start   with .
