    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Job Title: Infusion Technician&nbsp;</p><p>Department: Infusion</p><p>Organizational Relationship: Reports directly Infusion Supervisor&nbsp;</p><p>Job Type: Full-Time Onsite</p><p>Shift: 1st Shift Monday &ndash; Friday (7a-3:30p) Overtime may be required based on customer needs and deadlines. (Occasional weekends)</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description: Oversee designing and process of all fiberglass infusion projects. The following are the duties and responsibilities of the Infusion Specialist:&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist infusion/lamination leadership to coordinate manufacturing activities, train and assist employees in the performance of tasks as needed.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Act as an internal auditor and assist QA inspector to ensure accuracy and quality of the infusion/lamination process based on the designs.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist with mold inspection prior to production to make sure mold is correct compared to the designs.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist in supervising production activity and help coordinate with relevant departments including supervisors and managers.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Select precut fiberglass mats, cloth and wood bracing materials per production requirements.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Spray chopped fiberglass, resins and catalysts onto prepared molds or dies using pneumatic spray guns with chopper attachments - release air bubbles and smooth seams, using rollers when needed. &nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Mix catalysts into resins and saturate cloth and mats with mixtures using brushes.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Check completed products for conformity and modify discrepancies if detected.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Work overtime as needed.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management</p><p><br></p><p>Required Education and Experience:&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>High School Diploma or equivalent</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Prior marine industry machining is a plus</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Prefer knowledge with fiberglass and resin, spray painting, composites, marine material knowledge and marine experience.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Basic mathematical skills</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Must be able to speak, read, and write English</p><p><br></p><p>Additional Skills, Physical Requirements, and Competencies:&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements include dust masks, gloves, safety glasses</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Can work in a hot and humid non-climate-controlled environment</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to walk up and down a flight of stairs numerous times a day</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to work outside</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to work in a fast paced, noisy environment</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Knowing chemicals, their dangers, safety procedures, mixing procedures and time limits</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to work both independently and as a team member</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Follow safety and health standards &ndash; use of protective equipment as required</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Ability to work 8+ hour day shifts (sitting, standing, bending and reaching) and moderate lifting up to 50 lbs.</p><p><br></p><p>Benefits: (Waiting period may apply)</p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\">401(k)</span></p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\">Health Insurance</span></p><p>Employee assistance program</p><p>Dental/Vision insurance</p><p>Life insurance</p><p>Short Term/Long Term Disability</p><p>Paid time off</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>We are a drug-free workplace and an equal opportunity employer.</p><p><br></p><p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
