With design, production and test facilities in both the United States and Japan, sales offices in Las Vegas, Houston, London and Tokyo, Nikkiso Cryo offers prompt and full support for all of our customers worldwide.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>We are currently seeking an Assembler to join our production team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is located at our facility in North Las Vegas, NV. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs assembly of Cryogenic Pump Components and skidding as well as other tasks as assigned:</li>\n <li>Fit, align, and adjust all components, including bearings and seals and units to close tolerances and document all clearances on assembly clearance data sheet for review and approval of engineering.</li>\n <li>Check work to ensure conformance to specifications, instructions customer requirements on all drawings/blueprints and work instructions per SOP procedures.</li>\n <li>May require troubleshooting and rework parts as necessary, contribute to failure analysis when requested.</li>\n <li>Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in accordance with 5S principles.</li>\n <li>Follow all Quality, Engineering, Sales and Safety Procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintain consistent and regular attendance to meet production schedules.</li>\n <li>Ability to carefully disassemble used pumps and equipment and analyze condition of parts for possible causes of damage by operation in the field and improve reliability and customer service</li>\n <li>Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.</li>\n <li>Meet Customer schedules and company production schedules at better than 80% on time</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred experience in reading blueprint, torque vales and inspection tools.</li>\n <li>Preferred general welding experience (Tig and Mig)</li>\n <li>Preferred experience in tube bending/flaring/threading</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>In order to perform the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools or controls.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. may be necessary.</li>\n <li>Overtime may be necessary as the workload dictates. This may include week days, weekends, nights and/or holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This job operates in a warehouse environment.
