An ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver, strategic thinker with intellectual curiosity, results driven, and possess a strong interest in finance and data analytics.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Job Responsibilities</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with Senior Management and team members to design, specify, and test new product features and enhancements.</li>\n <li>Develop strategies focused on improving the core customer credit trading experience.</li>\n <li>Analyze customer data to drive insights that inform client trading decisions.</li>\n <li>Generate new product ideas from customer feedback and analysis.</li>\n <li>Create tools that can be integrated into the product that increase customer engagement and activity.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BS/MS/PhD with Quantitative background&nbsp;</li>\n <li>3+ yrs of experience in a product management or data science role</li>\n <li>Experience with Python, Pandas, and SQL&nbsp;</li>\n <li>\n  <p>Familiarity with financial markets will be a plus</p>\n  <p>&nbsp;</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information</b></p>\n<p>Tradeweb is committed to providing valuable and competitive benefits.
