With a combined legacy of resilience, Magnera will build personal partnerships that withstand an ever-changing world.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Direct daily work activities on the line in order to meet productivity and production goals.</li>\n <li>Training of operators in accordance to work instructions and training plan. </li>\n <li>Ensure product and packaging quality of all materials packaged for shipment. </li>\n <li>Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed by line personnel.</li>\n <li>Evaluate new operators following the OJTs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Minimum one year manufacturing experience</li>\n <li>Demonstration of leadership ability and an understanding of the basics of extrusion, lamination, and/or conversion</li>\n <li>Strong computer aptitude and experience</li>\n <li>Current Berry Global forklift operator’s license may be required</li>\n</ul>",
