    "description": "<h2>About the Role </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborates closely with the outside sales team to support project goals by developing, coordinating and implementing effective sales strategies for project bids and tenders, gathering pre- and post-tender feedback, and managing project follow-ups.</li>\n <li>Maintains and monitors project plans and delivery schedules, and tracks progress against deadlines, ensuring alignment with project objectives and customer expectations.</li>\n <li>Prepares and maintains essential project documentation and contributes to project tasks as needed to support timely and successful execution.</li>\n <li>Coordinates and attends project meetings, providing administrative and logistical support, recording key actions, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.</li>\n <li>Manages project take-offs, bid preparation, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and consistency in pricing and technical details.</li>\n <li>Facilitates quotation review with Account Managers prior to quote release.</li>\n <li>Maintains the quotation tracker, ensuring all data is current and accessible for internal stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Identifies and assesses project risks and issues, proposing and implementing solutions to maintain project momentum and mitigate disruptions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Here's a Snapshot of How You'll Contribute to Our Team </h2>\n<p>Whatever your role, you will make a difference here.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.</li>\n <li>Ability to work under tight deadlines. </li>\n <li>Competency with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, MS Project and Outlook.</li>\n <li>Ability to read engineered drawings and utilize estimating tools such as Planswift.</li>\n <li>Strong organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Effective and direct communication, prioritization, accuracy, and attention to detail.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Who We're Looking For </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations or related field or post-secondary education with a project management diploma/certificate</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, project management, preferably in the waterworks/construction industry</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why Choose ICONIX? </h2>\n<p>We know that our people make the difference and we recognize and reward that.
