    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p>Markon is seeking a Target Analyst Reporters to support the Fort Meade Customer through in-depth target analysis, SIGINT reporting, and network analysis. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Evaluate, assess, and prioritize intelligence data for reporting, integrating SIGINT with collateral sources as appropriate.</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct searches using multiple SIGINT tools and databases to assess intelligence value and author time-sensitive reports.</p></li>\n <li><p>Enhance final reporting products through detailed research and adherence to all applicable SIGINT reporting guidelines.</p></li>\n <li><p>Analyze collection and open-source data to generate insights, identify leads, and ensure target continuity.</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop and maintain baseline profiles of designated target sets, including behavioral, cultural, and communication patterns.</p></li>\n <li><p>Identify intelligence gaps and tailor collection strategies to address them, enabling new or refined targeting efforts.</p></li>\n <li><p>Utilize advanced analytical disciplines (e.g., pattern recognition, digital footprint analysis, network usage analysis).</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain and update databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis purposes.</p></li>\n <li><p>Apply in-depth knowledge of IC missions, needs, and target communications technologies.</p></li>\n <li><p>Mentor junior analysts on TDNA tools, tradecraft, and methodologies.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>College degree and/or certification will be required.</p></li>\n <li><p>Minimum 3 years of experience in SIGINT analysis, target development, or intelligence reporting.</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficiency with SIGINT reporting tools, platforms, and databases.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize patterns in complex data sets.</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience working with multiple intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, OSINT, etc.).</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with IC missions, target communications technologies, and behavioral analysis.</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.</p></li>\n <li><p>Proven experience mentoring or training other analysts preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Active TS/SCI W/ Poly clearance with this customer is required. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in TDNA (Target Development & Network Analysis)</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of serialized reporting formats and SIGINT dissemination procedures</li>\n <li>Background in national or tactical-level intelligence support</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary Range</h2>USD $95,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr.The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
