Health Record (EHR) system supporting a state client. </p>\n<p>This is a hands-on, delivery-oriented Product Manager role that blends product leadership, technical oversight, and stakeholder coordination across state agencies, vendors, and implementation teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Product Manager will operate within a hybrid Agile environmen<strong>t</strong>, ensuring that the EHR solution is successfully designed, implemented, and deployed—on time, within scope, and aligned to public sector healthcare requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Product & Technical Leadership</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Serve as the technical lead for the EHR product, guiding design, build, test, and deployment activities  </li>\n   <li>Translate business needs into technically feasible product direction and solution options </li>\n   <li>Provide direction on infrastructure, platform decisions, and system architecture </li>\n   <li>Maintain overall solution quality and ensure alignment to project objectives and standards </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Stakeholder & Vendor Management</strong></li>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Coordinate across DVHA, Agency of Digital Services (ADS), Agency of Education (AOE), school districts (LEAs), and EHR vendors  </li>\n   <li>Act as a central point of contact for technical questions and issue resolution across stakeholders </li>\n   <li>Partner with project management, business leads, and procurement to monitor vendor performance  </li>\n   <li>Facilitate collaboration between state teams, SMEs, and implementation leads</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>EHR Implementation & Delivery</strong></li>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Lead and oversee data migration and system integrations/interfaces with external systems </li>\n   <li>Ensure a structured release management process, including multi-cohort go-live planning </li>\n   <li>Support system documentation, training materials, and organizational readiness </li>\n   <li>Identify and resolve technical blockers, risks, and dependencies </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Agile Product Execution</strong></li>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Drive and refine Agile and hybrid delivery practices across teams </li>\n   <li>Provide technical input into backlog prioritization, sizing, and complexity assessment</li>\n   <li>Participate in sprint activities, retrospectives, and continuous improvement efforts </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Strategic & Analytical Contribution</strong></li>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Research industry trends, EHR best practices, and market capabilities </li>\n   <li>Evaluate vendor solutions and support technology selection and module implementation decisions </li>\n   <li>Communicate technical debt, risks, and trade-offs clearly to executive stakeholders </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Years of Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>8–12+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Technology Delivery</li>\n <li>Experience leading EHR / EMR implementations or healthcare IT systems</li>\n <li>Proven success in large-scale system implementations (public sector preferred)</li>\n <li>Experience managing vendor-driven delivery environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills & Certifications: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong> Technical & Functional Skills</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Strong understanding of: \n    <ul>\n     <li>EHR platforms and healthcare data workflows</li>\n     <li>System integration, APIs, and interoperability</li>\n     <li>Data migration strategies and execution</li>\n    </ul></li>\n   <li>Experience with Agile / hybrid delivery models</li>\n   <li>Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Leadership & Communication</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Ability to engage executive stakeholders and cross-agency partners</li>\n   <li>Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills</li>\n   <li>Proven ability to lead without direct authority in matrixed environments</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with state Medicaid, public health, or education systems</li>\n <li>Familiarity with HIPAA and health data compliance environments</li>\n <li>Background in multi-organization implementations (state + vendor + local entities)</li>\n <li>Certifications (nice to have): \n  <ul>\n   <li>Agile (Scrum, SAFe)</li>\n   <li>PMP or equivalent</li>\n   <li>Healthcare IT or interoperability-related certifications</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Work Environment\n  <ul>\n   <li>Full-time role aligned to standard government working hours (EST) </li>\n   <li>Remote delivery with high stakeholder
