&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Leads the development of the Digital product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the Bank&rsquo;s goals.</li><li>Coordinates across channels to define complete business requirements for Digital products.</li><li>Identifies digital solutions that meet business requirements.</li><li>Conducts client needs assessments, implementing surveys, and discussions to determine client satisfaction with Digital products &ndash; identifying areas for improvement.</li><li>Product owner for various digital applications, including vendor management and voice of customer reviews.</li><li>Monitors agreed upon SLA&rsquo;s across digital vendors. &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University, or 5+ years of banking or Product Management experience.</li><li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience working with Digital banking products, some of which must be in a Product Management role.</li><li>Specific experience working with Q2 eBanking, or other online banking solutions, driving product enhancements.</li><li>Preferred experience working with Digital Account Opening products (e.g. Terafina).</li><li>Specific experience working with Jack Henry Silverlake products.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Necessary Skills</strong>: &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"square\"><li>Strong understanding of Digital channel banking products and how customers use them.</li><li>Strong understanding of Commercial and Treasury related Online Banking requirements.</li><li>Good understanding of the digital market and competitors&rsquo;
