We are proud to call the U.S. Virgin Islands our home.<br><br>General Foreman:</p>\n<p>The General Foreman oversees the work of the Foreman at each construction site, ensuring their team is working safely and efficiently. They have a mix of onsite and administrative responsibilities to complete each day. The General Foreman plans, coordinates and supervises the work of the Foreman.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Company Paid (Employee only) Health, Dental and Vision Insurance</li>\n<li>Paid Vacation</li>\n<li>Paid Holidays</li>\n<li>401K Company match<br></li>\n<li>Life Insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leads the Foreman in multiple same or various scopes.</li>\n<li>Supervises operations within a construction site.</li>\n<li>Coordinates tasks according to priorities and plans.</li>\n<li>Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew.</li>\n<li>Allocates general and daily responsibilities.</li>\n<li>Supervises and trains workers and tradespeople.</li>\n<li>Ensures manpower and resources are adequate.</li>\n<li>Guarantees all safety precautions and quality standards are met.</li>\n<li>Supervises the use of machinery and equipment.</li>\n<li>Monitors expenditures and ensures they remain within budget.</li>\n<li>Resolves problems when they arise.</li>\n<li>Reports on progress the Superintendent and/or Project Manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.)</li>\n<li>Proven experience as construction foreman</li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, and equipment</li>\n<li>Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems</li>\n<li>Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate and report effectively.</li>\n<li>Aptitude in math</li>\n<li>Problem-solving abilities</li>\n<li>OSHA 30 Certification or equivalent safety training. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>An Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer</p>\n<p>J.
