Additionally, this position is responsible for special projects and events assigned by the ED in alignment with organizational goals. Specifications Education : A bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or other related fields. Experience : This position requires 5 to 8 years of management experience including training and education experience. Must be an experienced corporate trainer in health care or health care related field. PACE experience is strongly preferred. Experience developing, designing, implementing, and evaluating effective curriculum and/or training programs are strongly preferred. Provides development and support for annual All Staff Training Days under the direction of Executive Leadership. · Provides support for the organization’s leadership and supervisory teams’ educational, training and development initiatives; · Designs, develops and implements educational programs across various delivery mediums, including in-person training, e-learning modules, as well as on the job training that accompanies a concrete process for assessing, measuring, and tracking program success. · Provides and/or assists employees in identifying available resources to achieve continuing educational requirements if applicable. · Oversee the Survey of Employee Engagement processes at the STLC sites. Communications · Coordinates ceremonies, press conferences, and other events or special projects as requested. · Seeks ways to engage the community in special projects and events that promote Senior TLC at PACE locations and/or in the community. · Works in partnership with the Leadership Team to systematically promote Employee Engagement. · Supports Senior TLC’s mission to encourage and support the quality of life of seniors wishing to continue living in the community; its vision to be the preferred provider of individualized care for seniors in the community; and its values of respect, integrity, accountability, compatible goals, and compassionate care. · Other duties as assigned.
